Fletch Ligation Services provides solutions-based investigation services to individual, corporate and government clients across Texas, Process Service, and Notary Services utilizing our trained teams to conduct surveillance, research, analysis and delivery of successful case results.

Darrell Fletcher, Owner and Manager has over 25 years’ experience in the Legal Services Industry.  He started out in the Litigation Support Services Business where he was responsible for transitioning the Company from paper copies to Electronic Discovery.  He managed Multiple offices in Texas, Oklahoma, and California.

In 2019, he started his business as a Process Server.  FLS a gown into a Nationwide Service.  FLS has a network of Process Servers throughout the US.

In addition, Darrell was Certified as a Private Investigator trained by Quinn PI.  He spent 3 years working under Quinn PI before Starting his own business.
